Adaptive Reuse Loft Design
Mr. and Mrs. Jones are hip, young, well-to-do professional couple with two small children (boy and girl) and their dog. They are avid art collectors and love displaying their collection throughout the residence. They also have a live-in nanny that cares for their children. They are especially fond of the artist Ben Heine’s photography and digital work, his photography is incorporated in the overall design and feel of the space but, still retains the original character of the loft.

Mr. and Mrs. Cunningham is a wealthy middle-aged couple, who has purchase an empty lot on 1600 Wallace St., Philadelphia, Pa, 19130 in a neighborhood that is going through gentrification. They are extremely into smart technology and would like to make their house a “smart home” so they can control everything with one button.
“Pied A Terre” For High Profile Client
Tina Fey, the brilliant author, comedian and actress, has purchased a condo at the Touraine in the downtown area of Philadelphia. She would like the space to reflect her spunky and hilarious personality but at the same time having a warm and cozy atmosphere she felt from the home she grew up in Upper Darby. She loves throwing parties and entertaining guests but would like a private area for writing her manuscripts. Tina sometimes comes to Philadelphia to getaway from the stress of Hollywood and to spend time with her parents.
