Children Clothing Boutique Design

 

​​Ms. Amelia is asuccessful local merchant who owns a high-end store that sells quality infant, layette and toddler merchandise. She hopes this expansion to Cheltenham Mall will be the start of a growth pattern for business. Amelia is from France and is looking to import national products and familiarize Americans with products from that country. She wanted to incorporate themes from the circus celebrations performed in Paris,France so families that come to the shop have an amazing memorable experience and would come again in the future.

Japanese Restaurant & Hotel Design

 

​​Mr. Kazuki Takahashi is a business professional who wants to start a chain of hotels in the downtown area of Philadelphia. He wants to bring the culture of Japan to the people of Philadelphia. One aspect of his life back home he wanted to incorporate in the concept of the hotel and restaurant are the tea gardens. Mr.Takahashi loves rustic materials that are part of nature, such as cherry blossoms and koi fish,which reminds him of his home in Japan. These materials are inspirations for the overall scheme of the space.

Jacobs KlingStubbins “Charrette” Competition

 

This 2013 design competition was sponsored by Jacobs KlingStubbins Interiors. It was a one day, 7 hour “charrette”competition for the design and space planning for a new social media consulting firm. The space needed to be appealing to young professionals while also suitable for visiting high profile clients. The challenge was to quickly develop a basic design scheme for the problem and to present the solution in clear organized manner.
